1. REFUND POLICY

Mark IV, Inc. sells instant-download digital products (eBooks). By purchasing, you agree to the following no-refund policy:

1.  No Refunds or Exchanges
Because the eBook is delivered electronically and can be downloaded immediately, all sales are final. You may not receive a refund or exchange after purchase, except as stated below.

2.  Delivery Failure Exception
If you do not receive the download link or attached file due to a verifiable technical error on our end (e.g., server outage, email bounce), contact us within 7 days of purchase at jimmoore5@yahoo.com with your order number. We will re-send the file at no charge.

3.  No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse, Change of Mind, or Incompatibility
Refunds will not be issued for:

•  Accidental purchase

•  Device/format incompatibility

•  Dissatisfaction with content

4.  Chargeback Warning
Filing a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us may result in permanent loss of access to the product and any future purchases.
